Giant Monster Movies: King Kong

The giant ape King Kong, created for the groundbreaking 1933 film by adventurer Merian C. Cooper and brought to life by special effects wizard Willis O'Brien, captured the imaginations of filmgoers -- and generations of future filmmakers. Kong has appeared in several films, not to mention cartoons, books, comics, merch, video games, theme park rides, and more.

BEST MANN FOR THE JOB

Best Mann For The Job is the new comic strip serial by crime novelist Chris Well and comics veteran Erica Well. Hosted weekly on TitleTrakk.com, Grace Mann is a woman with a complicated past who returns home to become the small town's new sheriff. Think of it as a cross between a rural Dick Tracy and Gasoline Alley. (Or if you prefer, T.J. Hooker and Northern Exposure.) Read it from the beginning at StudioWell.com.
