Doctor Who: A Christmas Carol

Christmas Day 2010, Charles Dickens' classic tale A Christmas Carol gets some sort of temporal update with The Doctor. BBC America airs the Doctor Who 2010 Christmas Special: A Christmas Carol on Dec. 25, 2010 at 9pm/8c.

Leading up to the premiere, the channel will broadcast a marathon of favorite episodes, plus the U.S. premiere of the Doctor Who Prom -- a live concert with stars Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill as hosts.
